The Konica printers are pretty nice. Far as I have seen they have a nice build to them. One this day the task is actually simple but may not be as obvious to figure out at first. The printer here would not feed one sheet of paper in the ADF.  Most of the time the issue is just with the rollers being worn out.

When trying to make a copy this is pretty much as far as any one sheet goes.

First when trying to get this off and you open the top ADF door it is not as obvious to get off. If you focus close on the left and right sides of the door you will see there are white tabs holding the roller assembly onto the door.  Pulling back on the tab you will see it come off.  So no you do not have to take the whole door off or apart to get the rollers off. Second is getting it apart in order to replace the rollers. Look close at it and you see the metal bars (2) holding the rollers. Focus close on the bars where in the image I have placed the red arrows. You will see white tabs holding it in place. These tabs come off easy. Much easier then what you see on other printers.  Once you see these tabs you will see just to get the roller assemble apart.  There are more of these tabs in places to make sure rollers do not move from where they are supposed to be.  If you have a bad memory I would suggest you take of picture of the assembly as a reference to look back on before removing anything.

In this image you see I have  the 2 new rollers off to the left and these are the rollers I replaced on this assembly. Oh and the smaller roller I just replaced the same one on the left side of the assembly. You can replace both if need be but in this case it was the only one that needed to be replaced. The bottom larger roller is actually the important one.

After replacing the rollers (just put everything back on as it was before) and putting the assembly back on which will be easy. Just make sure the rollers line up where they go and make sure it is locked in place. When looking at the door you will see if  it is in right or not.  If after you do this and it still does not feed properly (I did run into an issue as first) but double check how you inserted it back in the door.  As you can see in the image the paper fed properly once I got the roller assembly inserted properly. Make sure you test with a multiple page document. The ADFs on these are quite fast.
